What is "Norwegian - Culture and Language"?
Through our program Norwegian - Culture and Language, you’ll get the chance to experience living in Norway together with other Norwegian and international classmates.
You will learn the language through dialogue, role-play, and shared experiences. You’ll also take trips to Oslo, where you can explore the city’s museums and exhibitions, and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside. For several periods throughout the year, our students receive covered monthly train passes and this provides good opportunities to expore Oslo.
On our campus you will taste Norwegian food, engage in traditions and build friendships. Giving you the opportunity to experience the culture in a welcoming environment.
Follo FolkHigh School is known for its long-standing focus on music, theatre, and dance. You’ll be part of a vibrant creative community, taking part in workshops, social activities, and performances throughout the year alongside Norwegian students.

We also emphasize sustainability and environmental awareness in daily life at the school, so that learning and living go hand in hand with caring for the future.

NORWEGIAN - Culture and Language
The program fits you if you want to experience real Norwegian life. You’ll learn the language by using it every day - in class, with friends, and in everyday situations.
